Why Join OKCCIM?
The Oklahoma CCIM Chapter is your organization of choice for commercial real estate practitioners. You do not have to hold the CCIM designation to become a member of this professional organization. We welcome interested professionals in in all segments and disciplines of our commercial real estate industry. We are in the business to succeed and our contacts with all areas of the commercial real estate industry is to our benefit.
This is accomplished through regular networking opportunities. Our OK/CCIM Chapter sponsors programs conducive to enhancing business for our individual members while promoting the CCIM Designation. The Oklahoma CCIM Chapter serves as a focal point where members exchange ideas, property information, and help each other fulfil our clients’ real estate objectives. Our Chapter serves as a Means to network your commercial real estate needs, both locally and globally.
Our OK/CCIM Chapter conducts CCIM courses in Oklahoma. Students who are located in the area can save the expense of transportation and lodging normally associated with CCIM courses in major “Hub” cities.
If you are new to the industry or interested in Commercial Real Estate, joining our CCIM Chapter will be one of the best decisions you can make.
Membership Levels
Designee Member - $150
Those members who are also Designee members of the CCIM Institute.
Candidate Member - $150
Members who are currently pursuing the CCIM designation and are current members of the CCIM Institute.
Affiliate Member - $175
This class of membership is for those who are interested in the benefits of membership but don't plan to earn the CCIM designation. Affiliate members enjoy all the benefits of membership except the ability to sit on the Board of Directors or vote on any by-law changes. Affiliate membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
